Our Founder
A dual citizen of Ireland and the U.S., Donal O’Hare started his career in human resources management working in manufacturing, marketing and services organizations. He entered management consulting with PriceWaterhouse in Dublin, Ireland, then their sixth-largest office worldwide. There, he undertook a highly creative approach to the development of a new division that accounted for about 25% of that office’s consulting practice at the end of five years.
In 1980 he was brought into The World Bank where he focused on the design and delivery of a Management Development Program that achieved significant measurable improvement and was widely regarded as an outstanding success. He left the Bank to form OHMC in 1987.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Philosophy & English from National University of Ireland; subsequently, he attained a Master of Arts degree in Human & Organizational Behavior/Development from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
